Responsibility:
1. Provide technical support for plant fault diagnosis, fault cause analysis and equipment fault elimination.
2. supervise the implementation of equipment cleaning, spot inspection, lubrication, fastening and other standards, and train, mentor, check the implementation of AM;
3. Collect and summarize data such as breakdown and shutdown, maintenance cost, maintenance hours, spare parts safety inventory on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, annual), organize relevant personnel to analyze, formulate improvement plans, and improve PM planning strategies;
4. Conduct maintenance technical training for maintenance personnel and inherit maintenance experience; Conduct professional skills training for operators to improve their technical level;
5. improve equipment automation through equipment improvement;
6. Assist in the smooth promotion of new equipment projects;
Requirements:
1. college degree or above, more than 5 years of equipment maintenance experience
2. proficient in electrical control principles, skilled use of Siemens, Mitsubishi or Delta one of the PLC and variable frequency drive.
3. good communication and coordination skills, can maintain good cooperation with various departments
4. food, beverage industry equipment maintenance priority;
